What You'll Do:
AB is looking for a qualified and experienced legal officer to support the attorneys in the Private Wealth Management and Alternatives legal groups of AB.
To execute your responsibilities, you must be comfortable managing competing priorities, acting independently and providing thoughtful, well-reasoned guidance in nuanced circumstances so that we meet legal and regulatory requirements, our fiduciary responsibilities, and client expectations.
Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills will help you as you collaboratively problem-solve situations to meet the expectations of demanding clients.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a corporate-oriented law practice group with familiarity with electronic document management systems.

In accordance with applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:
Base Salary Range:
$70,000 to $85,000
Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
