ABOUT THE POSITION
The IT Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Engineer is at the forefront of our cybersecurity initiatives and the development of robust business continuity strategies.
The specialist will also provide essential support for our IT infrastructure management, ensuring a secure, resilient, and effective technology environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Spearhead the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, implementing the NIST cybersecurity framework to safeguard our digital assets against emerging threats.
Develop, maintain, and continually improve a comprehensive Written Information Security Program (WISP), tailored to our operational needs and compliance requirements.
Lead the enhancement of our Incident Response Plan, ensuring readiness and swift action to mitigate cybersecurity incidents.Oversee the vulnerability management program, identifying risks and coordinating effective patch management strategies to fortify our systems.
Architect and maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), ensuring the company's resilience in the face of disruptions, with a clear focus on recovery strategies and continuity of operations.
Provide support for IT infrastructure and network services, including the management of servers, network configurations, and the secure integration of cloud solutions.
Facilitate security awareness training programs, fostering a culture of security mindfulness and preparedness across the organization.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with 4+ years of experienceProven track record with cybersecurity technologies and IT infrastructure managementCertifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) and business continuity (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) are highly regardedExcellent troubleshooting skills; organized, timely, and documented solutions.
