Are you looking for a company that will invest in your development and grow your professional skills If so consider a career with Apex Powered by record sales extraordinary client retention strategic acquisitions and an entrepreneurial spirit Apex Companies is one of the fastest growing engineering and environmental consulting firms in the US We were recently recognized by the Zweig Group as one of the fastest growing firms in the AEC industry We take pride in providing our clients with exceptional service and have earned numerous awards for project excellence We continue to grow and we want you to grow with us Your Responsibilities As a Sr. Proposal Coordinator Work alongside our Quincy-based Marketing Manager in pursuit of new work with an emphasis on projects in the northeastern United States Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications and help with go/no-go discussions Lead proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions Develop compelling firm qualifications propositions and presentation materials including layout writing coordination Produce proposals person as needed from either The Quincy MA or Woburn MA office Travel to client locations deliver proposals as needed Support special events trade shows occasion Perform tasks ensure quality marketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics compliance reviews Update CRM system related databases Fulfill other Marketing tasks occasion What We re Looking For Degree certification equivalent experience communications marketing business English journalism related field Minimum years experience marketer architecture engineering construction AEC industry fields Proficiency Adobe InDesign Microsoft Office Excellent prioritization time management skills Strong organizational attention detail multitask fast-paced deadline-driven environment Excellent writing copyediting capabilities Strong communication styles Highly motivated willing be part of Apex team enhance marketing efforts Ability travel offices proposal production client locations delivery Valid driver s license safe driving history reliable transportation Sponsorship available position future
