- Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Requires licensure in the following fields: (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
- Requires valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to be insured under the agency's commercial liability policy as a driver.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessmentskills, and crisis intervention skills.
- Must be able participate in a 24/7 on call rotation, with premium call pay included
- Must be able to work with children with complex behavioral health needs
- Preferred experience working with youth and families.
- Provides therapeutic services allowing the therapist to work directly with families' multiple times per week utilizing services.
- Provides treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, established agency and program policies, procedures, and philosophy.
- Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure. Maintains client confidentiality and ensures release of information is handled in accordance with federal guidelines and agency policy/procedures.

This position provides IHBT clinical therapy services to children and families with behavioral health and family functioning needs. IHBT services are designed to flexibly meet the needs of youth, including appointments in the community and flexible hours. Position works collaboratively with a case manager to provide time-limited, short-term family involvement, while having a long-term impact.
