    Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

    NVISION Eye Centers, a leading ophthalmology provider in the U.S., seeks a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team.

    About Us:

    We are an innovative leader in ophthalmology, dedicated to providing exceptional patient experiences through cutting-edge technology and expertise from top surgeons.

    About the Role:

    This full-time position will focus on coordinating, measuring, and driving patient experience best practices across our organization. You will work closely with the Director of Patient Experience and Training to achieve this goal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver training programs on LASIK and cataract surgeries, including consult conversion rates, pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, surgery kept rates, and patient management.
    • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars for Patient Counselors to enhance their knowledge and skills in performing LASIK and cataract surgeries.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop training materials, presentations, and educational resources.
    • Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in LASIK and cataract surgeries to ensure relevant training content.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant assessments and feedback.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential training opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
    • Work with clinical staff to implement new processes in newly acquired locations.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • 5+ years of experience in the eyecare field (preferably Ophthalmology)
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university preferred
    • Ability to travel 35% of the time
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Organized, efficient, and excellent time and priority management skills

    Salary:

    $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
