    Responsibilities:
    Analyze and comprehend Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders with detail, and navigate and legal intricacies.
    Set up projects for success and shape project trajectories by crafting and executing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
    Take Project Estimates and turn them into actionable strategies.
    Develop relationships with local authorities, utilizing experience to drive projects forward.
    Oversee cost accounting and manage/validate cost projections.
    Handle the approval of subcontractor and material supplier invoices and pay applications.
    Uphold transparent communication among stakeholders, from the Owner to upper management.
    Manage project meetings, highlighting agendas and documenting minutes.
    Maintain project schedules ensuring alignment with plans and timely delivery.
    Prioritize onsite visits, ensuring adherence to project documents, quality benchmarks, and contract terms.
    Oversee punch and closeout procedures, arranging coordination with Field Staff and Owner Representative.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.5+years in multifamily construction project management.
