Position Summary

This position is responsible for reporting company performance metrics and serving as the production communication lead. The Operations Analyst will accumulate and interpret various data sets, providing accurate and actionable outputs for the organization to utilize.

Essential Functions

• in various systems, such as ERP - Fresh Byte, to obtain necessary data.
• data into central reporting systems, with a strategic focus on the automation of data capture and accumulation for daily and weekly reporting.
• with cross-functional teams to understand processes and collect information on operational performance.
• key performance indicators and financial metrics, identify trends and analyze variances.
• daily and weekly reports and information to various stakeholders promptly.
• daily production supervisor report communications.
• in the month-end reporting process, providing accurate and timely outputs.
• as the capital investment lead, coordinate and submit capital request data, track spending, and submit capitalization completion requests.
• tasks and special projects as needed.

Education / Skills / Experience

• data entry skills are necessary as we transition from manual entry to automated data flows.
• to stay organized and facilitate multi-task work in a fast-paced energetic environment.
• in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
• to understand the reporting needs of the business and implement a strategy to structure internal data accordingly.
• An FP&A reporting solution such as Data rails is a plus.
• with an ETL or BI tool is a plus.
