    Job Overview


    As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you'll embark on a fulfilling career that blends your passion for fitness with the opportunity to empower others. Under the mentorship of two dedicated managers, you'll refine your skills in programming, education, business, and financial planning.     Your Key Responsibilities



    PT Business Management

    • Build and maintain a thriving client base.
    • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings, using our internal systems.
    • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
    • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

    Service and Hospitality

    • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
    • Enhance member experiences through personal interaction.
    • Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
    • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

    Professional Development

    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.
    • Engage in one-on-one and team meetings with management.

    Qualifications

    • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program).
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
    • Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Basic computer and technology skills.
    • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
