- Utilize analytical skills to assess and present technical and operational data, such as capacity planning and budgeting
- Be detail-oriented and data-driven, proficient in Gsuite, Asana, and Tableau
- Collaborate closely with the team to establish, monitor, and present key performance metrics regularly
- Create high-quality executive presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership
- Manage and report on vendor relationships, procurement, and licensing
- Contribute to the execution of additional Strategy & Planning projects
- At least 5 years of experience in business operations, finance, and analytics
- BA/BS in a technical/business field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication, innovation, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in GSuite tools and other business productivity platforms like Asana, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce

Zscaler is seeking an IT Business Operations Analyst to be part of the Information Technology Strategy & Planning team. This role requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in reporting.
As the IT Business Operations Analyst, you will collaborate with the Business Operations team to support operational planning, reporting, project metrics, and IT budgets. Your responsibilities will include managing vendor relationships, licensing costs, agreements, and contributing to various special projects.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data through Tableau reports to extract essential insights on our organization's operational performance, fostering a data-centric understanding of our business.
