Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an organized and efficient Customer Service Representative with a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and skilled in multi-tasking, time management, computer, and communication skills.

About Us

Our mission is to provide exceptional support to small business owners in the home service trades. Our experienced staff offers knowledge and expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other home service industries to help our clients understand their financials and bookkeeping.

Location

Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming calls as the initial point of contact
Guide customers through a company-prepared script to find the best service solution for their home
Provide empathetic customer service and conduct follow-up calls to assess current needs
Take detailed notes from customer calls and enter them into our system
Contribute to our company culture by being upbeat and hard-working

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours
High level of accuracy and efficiency
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Courteous and professional manner, strong customer service skills
Computer literacy and strong typing skills (30+ WPM), experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent multitasking and follow-up skills, with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
Able to work independently and as part of a team
