    Job Description Summary:
    $15,000 NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS


    Join the OhioHealth team as a home health nurse Experience one on one patient care, a flexible schedule, and a great benefits package.

    Home health RN nurse case managers work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home setting.

    Join our amazing home health team where you have autonomy, a reasonable and fair weekend rotation, a flexible schedule, and limited on-call.

    Home health RN's provide skilled care to patients to achieve outcomes in collaboration with the patient's provider.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associate's Degree (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor Vehicles, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingOhio Board of NursingOhio Board of Nursing

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate degree
    • Valid state driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
    • Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
    • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
