    We are seeking a motivated Client Service Specialist to join our rapidly growing wealth management practice in our Germantown, TN Market.     Objectives

    The CSS plays an important role in serving our clients and successfully operating our market locations under the direction of the Managing Director. Client Service Specialists work independently to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence.

    There are several key areas where Office Administrators must demonstrate professional proficiency:

    Financial industry terminology and account types

    Salesforce data entry and management

    DocuSign technologies

    Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing

    Policy and procedures including FINRA guidelines

    Google Suite and calendar management

    Client service

    Client Engagement program

    Education/Experience

    High school Diploma required

    Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience

    Series 65 preferred

    Financial Investment Advisory Services Industry experience preferred

    Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required

    Successful completion of industry standard background screening required

    Former experience working with Schwab, Orion, Salesforce, DocuSign is a plus

    Compensation:

    This is a Non-Exempt Full-time position. Salary is determined based on experience.
