    Responsibilities Include:

    Ex:
    Answer phones, interact with customers, file paperwork, etc.


    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Check voicemails and relay messages
    • Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive to the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
    • Provide basic information in-person and via phone
    • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
    • Receive, sort and distribute mail /deliveries
    • Tidy and maintain the reception area
    • Update and maintain the Scholarship board
    • Work on special projects as assigned

    Skills/Experience Required:

    Ex:
    Must be an upperclassman, must have completed such and such course, must be able to lift 30lbs., etc.

    Must be detail oriented, customer service oriented, be dependable and can work independently. Must possess knowledge of clerical procedures and be proficient in spelling, grammar, and other English language skills.

    Must also possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills required including the ability to work as a member of a team.

    Hours of Operation (OR)

    Hours Available:
    up to 20 hours a week. Monday - Friday. Flexible schedule


    Pay Rate:
    $15.00
