The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the dish area and dish machine in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine
Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning, and follow chemical usage guidelines
Utilize checklists to ensure proper setup and close down of each shift
Foster positive interactions between service staff and other team members
Communicate with and assist other team members

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Authorized to work in the USA and possess necessary documentation
Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurants
Able to handle multiple priorities
Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting 25 lbs., and working in confined spaces
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
