    As an NFC Amenity Spa Front Desk Associate, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first-person residents and guests interact with when they arrive at the facility. Our Spa Front Desk Associates are the "heart" of the operation. After warmly welcoming the guests, you will ensure they receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at the spa- to the time they leave.

    Ultimately, your priority is to make our guests feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

    Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

    • You will ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with each of your team members, management, and guests.
    • Warmly welcome members, residents and guests as they enter the facility, making them feel valued and appreciated.
    • Efficiently handle check-ins, including verifying memberships, ID's, processing payments for services.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, class schedules, and other inquiries.
    • Advise and remind guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
    • Address guests concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to management if necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the display of marketing materials and literature.
    • Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services to assist guests effectively.
    • Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
    • Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.

    We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
