    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    (15%) RESPONSIBILITY #1: Build sales to meet company goals

    •Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goals

    •Develop relationships with local communities and businesses through attending community events, sponsoring, etc.

    •Develop and utilize active local store marketing

    (15%) RESPONSIBILITY #2: Manage all costs

    •Monitor and control food, labor & service

    •Use standard reports to accurately process orders

    •Utilize team training programs to manage raises

    •Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment when possible

    •Utilization of all scheduling tools available to develop weekly schedules

    •Ensure proper portioning practices

    •Conduct accurate inventory practices

    (15%) RESPONSIBILITY #3: Enforce Safety and Security standards

    •Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards

    •Conduct ongoing in-store briefs

    •Communicate with other stores when safety/security issues arise

    •Enforce policies and provide appropriate actions as necessary

    •Report all accidents and incidents within 24 hours

    (15%) RESPONSIBILITY #4: Provide excellent customer service

    •Enforce Golden Rule and the Honor Guarantee

    •Strive to achieve company service goals

    •Appropriately staff stores

    •Respond to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner

    (10%) RESPONSIBILITY #5: Maintain effective communication at all times

    •Conduct bi-weekly or monthly team meetings

    •Communicate national promotions to team members

    •Conduct evaluations on a timely basis

    •Manage information centers and bulletin boards

    •Build positive relationship with team members and create a fun atmosphere

    •Set and maintain standards for behavior and work environment

    •Attend all scheduled company functions and meetings

    (10%) RESPONSIBILITY #6: Maintain a properly staffed store

    •Communicate and drive career progression to encourage team member retention

    •Use tools provided such as structured interviewing and reference checks to interview and hire appropriate staff levels and select best qualified candidate

    •Develop active recruiting as necessary

    •Retain team members to achieve areas turnover goals

    (10%) RESPONSIBILITY #7: Uphold policies and standards

    •Ensure adherence to all DPI standards

    •Utilize tools given to monitor standards such as OER, Eyes of the Customer.

    •Provide a harassment free work environment and follow all Human Resources policies

    •Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions in a consistent manner and maintain written documentation of all disciplinary actions

    •Maintain clean and sanitized store

    •Ensure adherence to image standards by self and team members

    (5%) RESPONSIBILITY #8: Provide training to team members

    •Provide cross-training for all functions

    •Modify training to meet individual needs

    •Execute all existing training systems including regular review and follow-up with team members

    •Act as a role model on how jobs should be completed

    •Ensure team member attendance to appropriate schedule training classes and workshops

    (5%) RESPONSIBILITY #9: Enforce product quality standards at all times

    •Maintain proper inventory levels

    •Monitor product expiration dates

    •Ensure safe handling of product

    •Conduct training on product quality

    Requirements
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
    • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
    • Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
    • Clean driving record and background check
    • Must have access to insured vehicle
