- Conducting initial phone screens with candidates to assess qualifications and fit for positions
- Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
- Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Supporting the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
