Job DescriptionWe have a remote opening with our direct client for a QA Specialist proficient with Omni Defined Contribution for retirement benefit functionality to support TRP migration abridged parallel testing, system integration and end to end testing.

If you worked with Omni Defined Contribution from retirement benefit functionality, please explain when, where, and how you worked with it.Start: April, or ASAP to December 31, 2024 Remote Summary: This position serves as an experienced Quality Assurance personnel for Omni product suit in Professional Services group. Candidate in this role will be responsible to Develop test strategy and execute it for new releases as well as provide support for the existing releases. The selected Associate will ensure outputs produced are of high quality technical deliverable as well as creation of supporting artifacts.

What you will be doing ?
This position is with Retirement Engineering group with following responsibilities:

• Create and execute Test Strategy and Test Plan
• Test and maintain complex programs.
• Work with Business Analyst to understand business problems and reviewing, analyzing system specifications. Executing test scripts and reviewing results. Reporting and documenting technical issues.
• Create and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in a related areaExperience:

• 7+ years' experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL

Skills

• Prior experience of Omni Product suite including Omni Defined Contribution is a must.
• Ability to translate functional requirements and specifications into documented test plans, cases and steps.
• Can define test strategy in consultation with the stakeholders.
• Must be good at Test planning, writing, and executing test scripts.
• Creation and maintenance of test data, tools, and scripts.
