Description

H&P is working with an established middle market private equity/credit firm with a generalist focus. They are looking to hire an associate, with the firm having a heavy focus on consumers, healthcare and services buyout investments.

The team is currently entering a huge growth phase with recent investments having returned very well. They have also just closed their largest fund so far.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across various sectors
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modelling and analysis.
Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, implementing value creation strategies.
Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.

The role:

Pre-MBA Associate.
2+ years of investment banking
Either in the M&A or in Credit
Bachelor's degree required.
