- Manage and review supplier invoices within the corporate ERP AP automation system. Match to supporting documentation to ensure appropriate coding and posting to the accounting system (M3 Infor)
- Prepare and process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures via check, ACH/EFT, etc. on a weekly basis.
- Research, track, and resolve expense and payment variances/discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor information within accounting database
- Maintain W9 information of vendors
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, including management of supplier inquiries and follow-up
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
- Thorough understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, controls, and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work both within team and as an individual contributor
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and multi-task workload
- Degree in accounting
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience with Infor's M3 ERP
- Computer, copier, scanner, printer
- Minimal lifting of less than 50 pounds
- Office environment - sitting for long periods working on a computer.
