    Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque de la place, un Coach Agile.

    Principales Missions:

    • Apporter de l'expertise dans les pratiques agiles pour aider les équipes à s'améliorer continuellement
    • Mettre en place les pratiques agiles et être le garant de leur application sur le terrain
    • Animer et porter les ateliers de Design Thinking pour atteindre les objectifs de la phase de cadrage 360°ree;
    • Accompagner les équipes à identifier les obstacles et à définir les plans d'actions pour les lever
    • Animer les cérémonies agiles
    • Coacher et préparer les équipes à travailler en autonomie
    • Animer les formations des acteurs clés sur l'agilité (Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, ...)
    • Etre garant de la bonne application des pratiques agiles et de l'acculturation des collaborateurs

    Profil Recherché:

    • +7 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 4 ans en tant que Scrum Master/Coach Agile, de préférence certifié.

    Compétences Techniques:

    • Connaissance technique générale : développement Java/JEE, développement mobile, architecture micro services, ...

    Compétences Managériales:

    • Bonne pratique de la méthodologie agile (Scrum, Kanban, ...)
    • Bonne connaissance du contexte Digital Office/Digital Factory et des métiers de la banque
    • Etre force de proposition
    • Capacité d'appréhender les problématiques et de proposer des solutions adéquates Anticipation des risques

    Type de Contrat: Freelance

    Durée de la Mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
