    Job Description

    Licensed Professional Counselor

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. As an LPC, you will play a key role in supporting our mission of providing high-quality care and support to individuals and families. We are adaptable and aim to offer confidential psychological services tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring top-notch quality of care.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Two years of experience
    • Supervisory experience with Associate Counselors
    • Experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
    • Ability to create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
    • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
    • Adhering to ethical and legal standards
    • Consistent communication with referral sources and other providers
    • Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members for effective treatment planning
    • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
    • Strong data collection and analysis skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Capacity to work independently

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $70.00 - $105.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 
    • Minimum 3 supervisions per week
    • Work 15 – 40 hours per week
