    POSITION OVERVIEW :

    The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for Aviation Business Enterprise and Citywide Applications. The position administers, monitors, and maintains on or more IT systems (Microsoft Share Point, IBM , Maximo, etc.). This position researches, analyzes, develops, implements, and configures technological solutions. It investigates and analyzes complex business requirements, provides impact analysis, and recommends appropriate solutions. It has the ability to accurately identify/determine customer needs and take appropriate actions and/or steps to address. It prepares and maintains documentation related to the development and maintenance of systems. It participates in the development of business process models and data flow diagrams for all levels of the organization. It develops and/or delivers training. It creates and prepares reports and analysis. Installs new software releases and/or upgrades. It establishes IT policies, procedures and security requirements. It investigates and analyzes complex business requirements and responds to issues from the user community.

    TRAVEL :

    If you are selected for this position and meet the Driver Safety Standards in the City of Austin Driver Safety Program, you may drive when necessary to multiple locations as part of your regular job duties. Otherwise, you are responsible for getting to and from these locations.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Preferred Experience:
    • Experience with Sharepoint Migration, UI/UX and Sharegate
    • Hands-on administration experience with Sharepoint On-Premise and strong knowledge of O365 environment
    • Experience in migrating applications and workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud
    • Ability to travel to more than one work location
