Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced 5 Axis CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in operating and programming 5 Axis CNC machines, ensuring the production of accurate and high-quality parts.

salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Setting up and operating 5 Axis CNC machines for precise machining operations. Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine optimal machining processes. Selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job. Loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts from the machines. Monitoring machine operations to ensure both quality and efficiency. Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances. Conducting routine maintenance on machines to ensure peak performance. Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and contribute to process improvements.

The essential functions of this role include:
