Overview
The Sr Analyst, Underwriter Portfolio Manager II Sponsor Finance supports the Sponsor Group through the underwriting of loans and the management and servicing of assigned portfolios. Identifies client needs and recommends a product or service solution, making referrals to banking partners as appropriate. Builds strong relationships with clients in accordance with the Bank's core values, providing value for the client while maximizing sales revenue.

The Underwriter Porfolio Manager II will work within a team construct to assist in the credit underwriting and portfolio management of diverse debt solutions for middle-market companies. Specifically LBO Financing, Acquisition Financing, Debt Refinancing, and Recapitalizations, working with potential borrowers, private equity teams, and other Lenders.

- Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Credit analysis, underwriting or Risk Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Credit analysis, underwriting or Risk Management Preferred Bachelors Degree Business, Economics, Finance Preferred Area of Experience: Banking, Finance with completed training and/or courses in business and financial analysis; Cash flow lending experience or knowledge At least one year of experience in business lending or investing environment; The completion of a formal credit training program is desired but not required. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; Excellent oral and written communications skills; Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks with changing priorities; Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; Attention to detail; and ability to function independently and as part of a small deal team. Skill(s): completion of a formal credit training program preferred.
