    PAY RATE: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

    Position Summary

    In this role, you will work alongside the best and brightest to achieve remarkable results in technology and engineering. As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our information technology systems and combating cyber threats.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the information security program, including NIST-800-171 and CMMC frameworks.
    • Manage System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) scores.
    • Lead MS365/O365 security and compliance implementation, ensuring security requirements are met and policies adjusted as needed.
    • Manage and respond to SIEM alerts, conduct triage, and support in remediation efforts.
    • Define processes and policies for data protection strategies and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
    • Perform vulnerability assessments, recommend remediation, and coordinate with technical teams.
    • Audit endpoint and server patching processes to identify and resolve gaps.
    • Conduct network and host monitoring, intrusion detection analysis, and manage tools like IDS/IPS, firewalls, SIEM, NAC, EDR, and Cisco Umbrella.
    • Lead security incident investigations, act as a security subject matter expert, and collaborate on cyber incident responses.
    • Monitor corporate networks for vulnerabilities and breaches, taking corrective action as needed.
    • Research cyber security trends and apply relevant knowledge to enhance security measures.
    • Conduct cyber security education and simulate phishing tests for employee training.
    • Liaise with third-party security vendors, including Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
    • Collaborate with Cyber Security and IT personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Ability to secure and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience with SIEM management or other cyber security-related monitoring solutions.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, patch management, and remediation.
    • Experience with cloud-delivered solutions like Microsoft M365-E5/Azure, IT backup, and disaster recovery systems.
    • Proficient in NIST Framework, MS-365 Security & Compliance, DLP, SIEM, CrowdStrike, Cisco Umbrella, Incident Management, TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Knowledge of firewalls, switches, servers (Windows, Linux), and databases.
    • Understanding of SAN, NAS, LAN, WAN configurations, VPN, and ISP options.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in supporting, securing, and maintaining networks, servers, and cloud environments.
    • Professional certifications in information security, such as CISSP or CISM.
    • Experience with system installation, configuration, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
    • Familiarity with network performance monitoring solutions, such as SolarWinds or Nagios.
    • Knowledge of project management tools and diagramming applications, such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
