- Conduct discovery, document current state processes, and identify areas of significant opportunity throughout PRS teams (including underwriting, operations, risk consulting, product, .
- Leverage analysis, feedback channels, and process metrics to identify areas of improvement that drive simplified products, create repeatable processes, streamline/simplify systems, improve the customer experience, and reduce issues and pain points. Help identify opportunities to optimize resource throughput and capacity utilization.
- Create business process documentation (mapping, job-aids, to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete transactions.
- Develop and present continuous improvement initiatives to stakeholders and business leaders that are compelling, motivate, drive change, create value, and drive buy-in.
- Coordinate with the process engineering team, business owners, IT development teams, and other relevant stakeholders to define requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions as needed.
- Support implementation and change management of solutions within the business; Communicate project status, issues, and risks to internal and external teams on a regular basis.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Claim's functions to collect stakeholder input and ensure the adoption of optimized business processes.
- Assist with establishing consistent standards and practices within the Process Engineering team and across PRS.

- Bachelor's degree and a 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Personal Lines insurance experience is a plus
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Lean, Change Management or equivalent training/ certification.
- Management consulting experience or experience leading or participating in process discovery, process analysis, process design, or process optimization is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite (specifically PowerPoint, Visio, MS Excel)
- Agile, Waterfall, or other project management/environment experience
