    Senior System Engineer

    Annapolis Junction, MD · Information Technology

    This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.

    2HB Incorporated is seeking a Senior System Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.

    This opening is for a Systems Engineer 2.

    5 to:
    Provide feedback to design engineers and evaluates end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle
    Work as expert, conducts research and evaluates technical performance of software products and overall segments and systems
    Ensure products and systems comply with requirements and government information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods

    Verify/validate systems with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to information networks.

    Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures
    Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current and planned products based on sophisticated testing, research, and analysis Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements
    Review test plans/procedures and ensures they verify/validate the requirements
    Develop and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements
    Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials

    Basic Qualifications:
    Seventeen (17) year's experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.

    Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

    Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
