** Summary**

This position is located at the Centennial Banquet Hall.

**Responsibilities**

+ Follow food handling procedures as per CDC and FDA guiding principles and HACCP standards, servsafe certified.

+ Assist the head Chef with the daily preparation of food and baked pastries.

+ Restock merchandise on the sales floor and maintained an accurate catalog of storewide inventory.

+ Ensure that the work site environment is clean and free of food bourne illness and vermin.

+ Lead and direct team members on effective methods, operations and procedures. Train new employees on all Food Service operations **Travel Required**

+ Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

+ Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.

+ A one year probationary period may be required.

+ Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

+ Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.

+ Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.

+ Incumbent may be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities

+ The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification.

+ Acquired through an American National Standards Institute(ANSI) accredited agency is required (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program). ** Qualifications**
