Resumen:

Se busca un ayudante de cocina para trabajar en el área de desayuno del hotel. Las responsabilidades incluyen la preparación y configuración del área antes de que lleguen los invitados, así como asegurarse de que todos los alimentos y bebidas estén bien abastecidos y presentados de manera atractiva.

Su tarea será saludar y ayudar a los huéspedes de manera amable y cortés, mantener la limpieza y organización del área de desayuno, y supervisar y reponer alimentos y bebidas según sea necesario durante todo el servicio de desayuno.

Responsabilidades

Preparación y configuración del área de desayuno: Prepare y configure el área de desayuno antes de que lleguen los invitados.
Mantenimiento de la limpieza y organización: Mantener la limpieza y organización del área de desayuno, incluidas mesas, mostradores y estaciones de servicio.
Atención al cliente: Saludar y ayudar a los huéspedes de manera amable y cortés.
Supervisión de inventario: Supervise y reponga alimentos y bebidas según sea necesario durante todo el servicio de desayuno.
Seguridad e higiene: Siga las pautas de salud y seguridad para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de seguridad e higiene de los alimentos.

Requisitos

Diploma de escuela secundaria: Diploma de escuela secundaria o su equivalente.
Experiencia previa: Se valorará experiencia previa en puesto similar o en el sector hotelero.
Habilidades de comunicación: Excelente servicio al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.
Capacidad física: Capacidad física para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar pesas moderadas.
