- Manage the inventory and upkeep of all facility-related machinery.
- Work alongside operations leaders to align maintenance with production schedules.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring value and quality.
- Proven leadership in managing a technical team.
- Solid expertise in building maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Proficiency in machine maintenance, with a toolkit of repair strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse groups.
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills with attention to detail is a must.
- Physical capability to handle heavy equipment and remain active for extended periods.
- 9+ years of experience in Facilities and Machine Maintenance.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- An Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical field; military background is advantageous.
- A track record of leading maintenance across multiple facilities.
