We are in search of an accomplished and proficient Vice President of Engineering to spearhead our technical team in crafting and enhancing innovative battery solutions.

As the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the development process, overseeing our technical experts to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier battery products.

Responsibilities:
Formulate a visionary strategy and provide strong leadership to steer the engineering team effectively.

Supervise the development of all battery products, ensuring alignment with user requisites and business goals.

Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.

Propel innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge technology to advance the battery development process.

Recruit and train new team members, offering coaching and mentorship to existing staff.

Optimise the software development process for enhanced efficiency, quality assurance, and scalability.


Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Chemical, or a related field.

10 years experience in engineering, 5 years in leadership positions, particularly within the battery industry.

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex battery/power-train products within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Proficiency in diverse technical stacks and adeptness in various development methodologies.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.

Profound problem-solving acumen and adeptness in decision-making.
