    About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and reliable Account Representative Specialist to join our team in Wichita. As an Account Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements and resolving accounts through outbound and inbound calls.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain responsibility for consumer accounts, updating and determining the best course of action
    • Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve accounts
    • Skip Tracing to locate consumers
    • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively manage accounts
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful account management
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

    Requirements:

    • Dependability
    • Reliability
    • Experience speaking with attorneys
    • Experience with Probate Documents
    • Experience with Auto Insurance
    • Phone Experience Required
    • Bilingual (Spanish) ability a Plus
    • Minimum typing speed 25 wpm required to move forward with in-office interview
