In-field prospecting – Meet homeowners, inspect damage, and close deals.
Master the game – Complete our proven, comprehensive training and start making money fast.
Sell with confidence – Help homeowners understand their options and maximize their insurance claims.
Own the process – From first inspection to final payment, you control your success.
Grow with us – Hit your goals, and we'll help you move into leadership and beyond.
What We're Looking For
Uncapped earnings – Earn 20% of project profits, with top reps clearing $100K+ in year two.
Weekly paychecks – You close, we pay. Simple.
Best-in-class training – We don't just throw you in and hope you figure it out. We teach you how to win.
Mentorship by industry leaders – Learn from the best and fast-track your success.
Startup pay – Get up to $750 per week for your first 8 weeks while you ramp up.
