We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Provider to join our team on a part-time basis.We are a new and growing integrative and functional medicine practice focused on comprehensive, root-cause–based care.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Board Certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing in Illinois.
