Our team is growing, and we're looking for a proven Service/Selling Technician to join us.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and diagnostic work.
  • Educate customers on repair and replacement options, focusing on comfort and efficiency.
  • Generate and close sales opportunities during service visits.
  • Meet or exceed established annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction ratings through excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and HVAC best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of generating $1.5M+ annual sales in HVAC or a similar industry.
  • Current HVAC certifications and EPA license.
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills with residential systems.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in the field.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
