    Are you ready to take the lead in Cybersecurity as an Operation Technology Engineer? Join our dynamic team at a global manufacturing company.

    With primary responsibility at our state-of-the-art plant, you'll oversee operations at three sites:

    a small plant in sunny Jacksonville, FL, a larger plant in South Jersey, and another in scenic western Pennsylvania.

    This is an incredible opportunity for a permanent position with full benefits, including unlimited PTO and relocation assistance if needed.

    As the Operations Technology Engineer (OTE), you'll be at the forefront of deploying our cutting-edge OT strategy, serving as the single point of contact between plant operations and our central automation team.

    You'll play a crucial role in maximizing the availability of our industrial automation systems, ensuring their seamless integration and safeguarding against cybersecurity threats.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, demonstrating your expertise and escalating when necessary.
    Drive project management initiatives related to industrial networking and application upgrades/deployments.

    Utilize powerful cybersecurity tools like Claroty, Factory Talk Security, and Factory Talk Asset Center to mitigate threats and prevent unauthorized access to our industrial control systems.

    Manage vendor access in PLC and Scada applications, enforcing strict security protocols.
    Continuously improve our Cybersecurity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), proactively mitigating vulnerabilities, detecting threats, and managing access.
    Maintain and update our industrial automation architecture, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
    Take charge of industrial automation hardware and software lifecycle management, staying ahead of the curve.
    Collaborate with our Americas server infrastructure team to organize Windows patch installations in our industrial automation servers and workstations.
    Develop a master plan for industrial networking and applications roadmap, driving innovation and evolution.
    Foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration throughout the company's North America network

    Qualifications:
    5-7 years of experience in operations technology, showcasing your expertise in the field.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field, OR a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing and automation technologies.

    Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plant-wide automation network design and logic controller communications.
    Proficiency in Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC programming, industrial networking, AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office suite.
    Familiarity with distributed SCADA systems such as Inductive Automation's Ignition Platform, Wonderware System platform, and Factory Talk View SE.
    Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-direction and organizational skills.
    Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
    Passion for learning and adapting to change, with a keen interest in staying updated through training and certifications.

    Preferred certification:
    ISA/IES 62443 Cybersecurity Certification.
