Technimark is a rapidly growing global manufacturer of custom rigid plastics solutions. Working in conjunction with some of the world's most respected companies we create, design, and deliver products across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, packaging, industrial and consumer products, and we're looking to hire a Manufacturing Manager to join our team of experts at our facility in Latrobe, PA.

As a manager, you will have the independence and authority necessary to oversee critical functions, with guidance and review from the Director of Operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction through adherence to quality systems, meticulous resource planning, and seamless coordination.
• Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and alignment with management system requirements.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our manufacturing operations, overseeing safety protocols and ensuring productivity across all functions.
• Keep the General Manager informed of production schedules, workforce needs, demands, and employee relations status.
• Mentor and develop supervisory and management skills within your team.
• Collaborate with various departments to address customer complaints, product rejections, and manage rework processes effectively.
• Strategically implement company goals to optimize resource management, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Fulfill additional duties as required to support operational success.
• Manage scheduling for a 2,2,3; 12-hour shift rotation.

Competencies:

• Demonstrate 5+ Years of Manufacturing Leadership: Bringing proven expertise and strategic vision to drive operational excellence including knowledge of Injection molding.
• Champion Manufacturing Safety: Uphold and promote stringent safety protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
• Embrace Standard Method of Work: Ensure consistency and adherence to established protocols.
• Education: College Degree or equivalent experience
