Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for all on-site visitors at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked front desk area.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary materials (stationery, forms, etc.)
Greet and warmly welcome guests
Respond to inquiries, address complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely manner
Manage incoming calls, redirecting them as necessary, and taking/delivering messages when required
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
Monitor office supplies, ordering replacements as needed
Maintain up-to-date records and files
Track office expenses and costs
Perform additional duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)

Requirements

Previous experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant role
Familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles
Proficiency in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
