Trotter-Workforce Seeking Experienced Waste Water Design Engineer.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Engineer to join our team in designing and developing water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with treatment plants, storage tanks, pumping stations, distribution systems, and collection systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and preparing engineering designs, plans, and specifications. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for conveying information to regulators, contractors, clients, and the public.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Must have storm environmental or water and sewer engineering background
• At least 5 years of experience as a Water/Wastewater Design Engineer
• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) advancing toward PE licensures
• Minimum 5+ years of relative field experience in storm water management
• Must have EIT certification
• Strong knowledge of land surveying laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
