    What we're seeking:


    We're looking for a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role in our operations and overall responsibility for Frontier's 911 services and circuits.

    As the Frontier 911 Compliance Plan owner, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless service continuity, effective outage restoration, comprehensive training, and meticulous internal and external reporting.

    Your contribution will be instrumental in upholding our high standards of excellence and compliance, making this role a key pillar of our success.

    This is a hybrid role with a defined work location at our HUB, including work from home and assigned days in the office.

    The HUB for this role is at 1919 McKinney Ave., Dallas, Texas. Please note that relocation to the DFW area will be necessary for this position.

    What we need in you:
    We seek a visionary leader with a proven telecommunications and emergency services track record. Your expertise in these areas is highly valued.

    It will enable you to oversee various teams, including the 911 Repair Center, Network Diversity team, 911 Service Specialists, Customer premise equipment, and Tier 2 support for Frontier-managed emergency service hardware and software solutions.

    Your deep understanding of 911 networks and regulations will be instrumental in our effective collaboration with state and federal bodies.


    What you'll do:
    Convey strong leadership and mentorship abilities, empowering teams to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Oversee the 24/7/365 network surveillance and support provided by the 911 Repair Center, which is crucial in Frontier's overall 911 NOC operation.

    Additionally, they will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to the 911 Center of Excellence organization, collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing care of emergency services.


    Here, you will:


    Be accountable for timely notifications and reporting of 911 events, both internally and externally, following FCC and regulatory requirements, including reporting any noncompliance with FCC-mandated orders .

    Own the 911 Operating Procedures and the associated Compliance manual.
    Develop and enhance processes and training to adapt to the evolving 911 environment.
    Responsible for higher-level escalations for 911 customers and network troubles/outages around the clock.
    Accountable for network continuity for uninterrupted 911 essential functions during disruptions, including planned and unplanned.
    Direct monitoring, coordination, and escalation of any 911 service impacting outages and restoration activities.
    Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality .

    Utilize statistical process control tools to analyze operational reports and identify areas for performance improvement, implementing corrective action plans as necessary.

    Identify and escalate single points of failure in the network infrastructure.

    Act as the ambassador for National Network Architecture and Engineering, driving the evolution of NG911 service creation, network deployments, third-party partner selections, and operational best practices.

    Salary Range of $100,00- $207,000

    Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    This role comes with high visibility, so you should excel in managing multiple projects and be willing to work extended hours when necessary.

    Additionally, expertise in 911 networks, NG911 technologies, TDM, Data, and Ethernet technology is preferred.

    You must also have experience managing large projects and a strong understanding or working knowledge of 911 call routing and termination.

    Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience with a director level of expertise.
    A minimum of 3 years of regularly presenting analytical data to the C-suite is required.
    Minimum of 5 years of proven results with process improvement and implementation is required.
    Minimum of 5 years of Compliance and Regulatory experience is required.
    Telecommunications Network Engineering or Operations, Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), or 911 Service Provider environments.
