Location:- Flexibility to work from home most of the time but will be expected to attend the office when needed. WALTHAM, MA

Duration:- 12 Months

Pay rate: $60/hr on W2 without any benefits

Description

Data Connect Comms and Change Lead / Specialist

Need to find some candidates that are practicing Change Managers that are doing the do rather than overseeing others.
We are looking for someone with a passion for change management of transformation .
We are looking for a Change Manager that can roll their sleeves up and ensure that our data team delivers the transformation we are creating
Hands-on communications activities.

Your Role

There are several pillars to the DataConnect strategy, and with a complex network of stakeholders, and expertise split across multiple geographies and business units, we have a big job to communicate, engage, and enrol the wider organization in DataConnect: from enabling innovation, building our future talent, equipping everyone with the right skills in data and AI, and providing platforms, tools, controls and governance.
This role will play a fundamental role in supporting the DataConnect team in driving the appropriate, connected, consistent and frequent communication, engagement, and change activities to our diverse stakeholder groups and communities.
This role requires exceptional change management and stakeholder management skills. It would be ideal if they had a particular specialism around change communications and / or learning academy rollouts.

What youll do

Perform DataConnect Stakeholder Analysis and coordinate ongoing engagement plans
Perform Change Impact Assessment of activities across all strategic pillars
Collaboratively design communications and change plans for all strategic pillars and DataConnect central activities and sequence of communications to provide the best employee / stakeholder experience
Set up a forum / working group within the DataConnect team
Develop or oversee development of creative communications such as podcasts, and maintain home page presence
Plan and measure adoption and business readiness and coordinate change interventions where needed
Translate technical concept into a business language
Develop good working relationships with internal communications and other third party comms / change specialists supporting specific initiatives
Support the creation and maintenance of community and champion groups

Key Non-negotiable Skills

What youll bring

Track record of successful development and implementing change management and communications initiatives
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including understanding of how to influence and manage senior stakeholders
Experience of working in matrix structures and complex, international environments
Track record of engaging and creating global communities
At least 5 years relevant experience
Ideally a big 4 consultancy experience, and / or a change management qualification such as Prosci
Conversant in Digital, Data, and Advanced Analytics concepts
