- Examine, collect, record, and maintain patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other medical care to manage or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and review records, reports, and examination data to determine the patient's condition.
- Collaborate with a clinical team of technicians, advanced practice professionals, and other physicians in decision-making regarding tests, diagnoses, and treatment strategies for patients with medical conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and conditions and adjust treatments when necessary.
- Diagnose and treat conditions within a specific area of expertise.
- Work in hospitals, specialty clinics, or outpatient surgical centers.
- Perform surgical or non-invasive procedures in the specialized field.
- Create post-operative care plans and recommend lifestyle modifications related to diet, exercise, and other health aspects.

Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Physician HTPN is responsible for examining and treating patients with various conditions, taking patient histories, requesting diagnostic tests, making diagnoses, prescribing treatments, administering vaccinations, performing follow-up examinations, and educating patients on disease prevention and health maintenance. Additionally, the Physician HTPN will oversee the clinical activities of allied health professionals and advanced practice professionals.
