    Job Title

    An Electrical Foreman is needed to lead a crew of electricians in Columbia.

    The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction, with strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and train a team of electricians on job sites
    • Ensure high-quality work and develop effective manpower schedules
    • Develop material lists and communicate with supervision
    • Achieve production and budget goals by understanding project demands
    • Evaluate and ensure all work meets local and NEC guidelines

    Requirements:

    • 7-10 years of electrical construction experience
    • Leadership abilities and desire for growth
    • Thorough understanding of assigned scope of work
    • Able to read and understand blueprints and contract documents
    • Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude and mathematical ability
