- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
- In charge of the register, to include processing cash and credit card transactions, tipping out wait staff, and balancing the register at the end of the shift.
- Host/Hostess & Cashier may assist wait staff with various tasks when needed, i.e. bussing and setting up tables, serving non-alcoholic beverages, etc.
- Ensure each table is set with table linens, silverware, and other dining room supplies.
- Answer all phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Inform all guests of special events upon inquiry, answer questions regarding restaurant operations, and take reservations.
- Take all to-go orders, both over the phone, and guests at counter.
- Knowledgeable in accepting all coupons, comps, and dining vouchers.
- Must be professional, polite, and reliable and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
- Proven ability to work with numbers and cash accurately.
- Must be competent with computerized register system.
- Must maintain excellent customer service skills.
