This position does involve quite a bit of analytical skills as well as testing skills.

Strong Systems Analyst is needed to support the Release 103 Cardinal Care Managed Care 2.0 initiative which deals with Consolidation of the Medallion 4.0 and CCC Plus programs into one unified program approved by CMS and a priority for DMAS.

This position will support the Testing and validation efforts for CRMS and FAS Modules. The Release 103 has aggressive timelines and has a huge risk without this additional resource. It is anticipated that this resource will be needed for approximately 6 months through go-live and post-implementation support.


Job Purpose:
Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions.


Duties:

• Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
