    Job Title

    A Corporate Administrator is sought by Myan Management Group, LLC. in Southlake, TX to perform administrative functions and support Regional Vice Presidents.

    About the Role

    This role earns a competitive pay up to $25.00 per hour. We provide great benefits and perks, including health insurance, and paid time off (PTO).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist Regional Vice Presidents and support department operations.
    • Assist with property takeovers, audits, due diligence projects, and other special property related projects and paperwork.
    • Schedule and organize activities such as meetings and travel.
    • Respond to owners and their representatives' questions.
    • Assist regional managers as assigned.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or college degree.
    • Background should include word processing, document control, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs, and charts, and presentation.
    • Drug free.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Possess good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess good accounting and clerical skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to be available to work as scheduled and as necessary.

    Work Schedule

    This position typically works 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
