    POSITION OVERVIEW
    This position will support the annual planning, forecasting, financial analysis and actual reporting activities for the site. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and/or audit areas.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plan.
    Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    Perform ad hoc analysis as required by the business finance managers and / or CFO.
    Support consolidation software with parent company.
    Assist with process improvement projects as required.
    Document policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.
    Undertake special projects as assigned, providing financial insights and recommendations to support critical business decisions.
    Support internal and external audits.

    Requirements


    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS PREFERRED Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business equivalent.
    Strong knowledge and experience with an ERP system.
    3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or audit.
    High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
    Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) products.
    Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and take on new challenges.
    Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
