    Travel Nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to provide specialized care for patients with complex medical conditions in our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) unit.

    About the Role:

    • Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional conditions, identifying any changes or complications.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing both short-term and long-term patient needs.
    • Manage patients with complex, multi-system conditions, providing respiratory support and assisting with procedures as needed.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care, participating in care planning and team meetings.
    • Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Georgia.
    • Experience working in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) settings.
    • Strong clinical skills, ability to manage complex patient needs, and a compassionate approach to care.

    Pay Package:

    Based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
