    Established Commercial General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent to join their growing team in Norwood, MA Projects typically along the 495 belt and around Boston.

    Specialize in Healthcare, Medical, Government, & Education projects, typically located along the 495 belt and around Boston. They have two divisions within the business - speciality (abatement, asbestos, demolition) and general contracting.

    • Running Commercial (healthcare/higher education) projects - start to finish - up to $2M+
    Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
    Reading, understanding, and maintaining a thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings and specifications, addendums, and qualifications
    Driving the speed, direction, quality & safety of the project
    Minimum of 4+ years experience working as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a GC
    Healthcare & Higher Education projects is a plus
    Comfortable running projects $2M+
    Proficiency in Procore & good computer skills
    Construction related degree
    Travel reimbursement
